Hey y’all,
I wanted to upload a new blog post for a few reasons…
1. I just uploaded this new blog at profitmoffatt.com where I’ll be discussing internet marketing, doing product reviews and discussing all the different ways you can make legitimate money on the internet. I’m really excited because for once I actually installed the blog myself without the help of an assistant. Yay me! This blog will be about 100% marketing. All my lifestyle and silly stuff will remain over at my home blog JasonMoffatt.com
2. Not only did I upload the blog myself, I was able to install a custom theme that I’m pretty excited about. It’s Joel Comm’s Socrates Theme that is geared towards internet marketers. I’ll admit I’ve only been using it for about 20 minutes but so far I’m pretty impressed.
I see it being useful for doing internet marketing reviews and promoting various products across the web. Hopefully my enthusiasm remains over the coming weeks. I’ll be making more edits and customizations in the coming days. It’s pretty much a basic out of the box template as you are seeing it right now.
I’m a total rookie when it comes to creating WordPress blogs and uploading themes. However, I had no troubles and had Joel’s Socrates Theme up in running in no time. The directions were very simple and concise as well. I’ll do a proper review of the theme when I have a chance to play with it a bit more.

PS: GoDaddy has created a WordPress install mechanism that makes installing blogs super easy. It used to be a hassle, but with just a couple of clicks it’s done.

Congratulations on the Word Press Installation. Have you ever tried Artisteer? It is a simple, inexpensive software for making custom themes, headers that you just install on your wordpress blogs. You can upload photos and make really nice custom themes in a few minutes. Easy and fun to use. Even I can do it!
I notice that you promote Market Samurai. I have that software and really love it. However, I would love to have more training on how to use it. My knowledge is very basic and I would really enjoy knowing how to do more advanced research with it.
Sometime when you are looking for ideas about what to put on your blog, I am hoping you will maybe do some video training on Market Samurai. Just a suggestion.

Looks like a great theme and domain name I read all it could do when Joel put it out. Not sure if you are an affiliate for Socrates but the link on the bottom right goes to infopal. I use an indomags theme that you can do allot with but this one is defiantly on steroids. There is defiantly a great clean look and feel here.

There is a option inside the theme to enter your Clickbank ID and that Socrates logo you see will automatically have your affiliate ID embedded into it. I think it’s only for the $77 version though. I believe the cheaper version will retain their own links and no affiliate commissions will be paid.
